Horizontal 1400 L/M rated with differential pressure gauge (Gammon) and air eliminator. Water sump with drain, pressure safety valve and meeting API 1581 Group 2 class C last edition. Velcon make, model HV-2233M
Deadman and pressure control:
Electrical hand switch operated inline pressure control / deadman shut off valve 4"
Meters:
One 1500 L/M rated with large numeral reset counter and totalizer.
Hose reel:
Two single widths hose reels, one 2.5" size for 2" * 30 m' hose and one 2" size for 1 1/2" * 25m' hose,
Hoses: one 2" * 30m' and one 1 1/2" 25m' aviation fueling hose coupling, certified to API 1529
Over wing Nozzle, under wing Nozzle, Bottom loading (includes a jet level sensor control system for automatic high-level shut off with pre-check.), Refuel, Control Panel, Piping (stainless steel - 225 psi rated working pressure)
Safety features:
- Brake interlocks on all hose end nozzle stowages and bottom filling couplings
- Roller shutters are not properly locked
- Reel mounted bonding cable and clip
- Two dry powder fire extinguishers
- Two emergency engine stops
Finish:
Sandblasting, primer & upper coat as customer requirement
Test:
Flow tested with fuel for performance to rated specifications, all the test reports will be supplied |
